EnTeCo GmbH offers regify® as SaaS provider 

IT Services company from Reutlingen provides trusted and binding e-mail 

Huefingen, 05th of October 2009 – regify AG, Huefingen, present their new provider of the regify® e-mail service, EnTeCo GmbH (Enterprise Technology Consulting GmbH). The regify® solution for trusted and binding e-mail will be available from EnTeCo as a software as a service (SaaS) offering with immediate effect. „With regify®, we complement our service portfolio in the IT security domain", say Thomas Drost, founder and CEO of EnTeCo GmbH. „Secure E-Mail communication becomes more important for our business customers by the day. Companies highly appreciate that they can use secure e-mail as SaaS, thereby minimising time and effort and cost by using a high-quality service."

EnTeCo GmbH will present regify® from October 6th to 8th, at the tradeshow for software, infrastructure and IT solutions „IT & Business“ in Stuttgart (www.messe-stuttgart.de/it-business). 

Delivering on the demand for high security with ease-of-use 

„These days, users want a secure e-mail solution that is easy to use. This has become a major prerequisite and decision makers rightly point out that ease-of-use determines whether a solution is used or not", says Kurt Kammerer, co-founder and CEO of regify AG. „A regify® user registers with his regify® provider of choice, and with a few clicks, he has an intuitive solution at this fingertips.“ The secure e-mail communication is available through a user's preferred e-mail program, or alternatively through the web portal of the provider. All security processes run fully automated in the backoffice. Upon sending an e-mail, message body and attachments are automatically encrypted. The digital key is transmitted to the regify® clearing service that is operated by a trusted independent 3rd party. From there, it is retrieved once the authorised recipient wants to open the e-mail. The sender receives a confirmation of receipt. At any time, the online transaction log provides a user detailed information about current and past e-mail transactions.

In contrast to other services, regify® providers do not have to be e-mail providers. Larger organisations may choose to become their own regify® providers for their employees, customers and other business partners.
