regify launches regipay for electronic payslips 

High saving potential for payslip issuance costs 

Luxemburg, 05. September 2011 –regify now also offers regipay® an innovative solution for sending monthly payslips electronically. The solution is legally compliant with the Data Protection Act and labour laws. “In most companies payslips are still printed and handled as costly paper versions.The issuance of these documents is a time and paper consuming process. regipay makes this process redundant by sending these statements via e-mail to the private e-mail”, says Kurt Kammerer. CEO of the regify group.The service works uses the classic e-mail-infrastructure and works with any existing e-mail account. 

Strong end-to-end encryption
The system provides a high level of security using strong end-to-end encryption of both the message and supplements.
regipay can only be opened with message key, which the receiver’s message provider gets from the clearing service ( independent trustworthy third party) and passes it on to the receiver. None of the involved parties neither provider nor clearing on their own has insight into data that would allow misuse. The addressee is identified as the correct receiver by provider and clearing and is then able to open the payslip document.
After sending regipay, the send gets an automatic confirmation of receipt, proof about opening with non-repudiation. This means security for the sender. 

Ease of use
regipay works works with existing solutions for wage and salary administration. “Ease of use is given with all our services”, says Kammerer. ”No additional hardware or special know-how is needed, a basis knowledge of Office will do. Users do not need a special training for working with our technology”
