Since January of 2008, regify GmbH is a German AG (Aktiengesellschaft). 

"The structure of an AG will support the dynamic growth of regify with guidance from a professional Supervisory Board.", emphasize the two co-founders and members of senior management, Kurt Kammerer (CEO) and Volker Schmid (CTO). Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Dr. Hans-Peter Kohlhammer, former CEO of major companies like Thyssen Telekom, Grundig and SITA.
