New law for simplification of tax system: simplified electronic billing by regify 

Luxemburg, the 26th of September: The regify group Luxemburg appreciates the new law passed by the German government
last Friday. “ This is the basis for the simplified electronic billing. The law is immediately valid for Germany according to the press office of the German government and must be turned into national law EU wide by end of 2012”,says Kurt Kammerer, CEO of the regify group.
All electronic methods are now valid which can secure for a ten year period the following criteria: the identity of the sender;
validation of the integrity of the invoice itself; and providing readability and automatic validation
